Upon signing your contract, you will be assigned a Virtual Care Facilitator (VCF). You can think of your VCF as your virtual medical assistant. They can help you onboard and will monitor your consultations, ensuring all records and imaging are uploaded and that both you and your client are prepared for the virtual encounter.
